Senior Construction Manager- Germany 

To €90,000 DOE + Package 

Our client, a leading High-Tech facilities contractor specialising in delivering high-quality solutions for complex projects, with dedication to excellence, innovation, and client satisfaction, is in need of a highly skilled and experienced Senior Construction Manager for EPC projects. As a Senior Construction Manager, you will be instrumental in the design and execution phases of the projects, primarily responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations onsite, ensuring productivity and success.  

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:   

• Lead the daily site operations, including supervision and monitoring of site personnel and project development. 

• Ensure completion of weekly and daily work plans, striving to meet and exceed targets whenever possible. 

• Coordinate construction activities, collaborating with consultants and subcontractors and participating in reviews. 

• Maintain regular communication with site personnel to ensure availability of necessary resources and information for productive works.  

• Ensure the implementation of health and safety standards, regulations, and codes. 

• Keep relevant project stakeholders informed of progress, costs, and any pertinent issues. 

• Liaise with Quality Control and Safety Departments onsite. 

• Oversee the site set up and strategy including coordination. 

• Determine needed resources including workforce, equipment, and materials from start to project completion with attention to budgetary limitations. 

• Proven record of accomplishments in construction management roles with focus on high-tech industrial projects. 

• The ability to effectively collaborate with the wider project team is crucial. 

• Degree in Construction Management or related field. 

• Strong negotiation, analytical, organisation, communication, and problem-solving skills. 

• Proficient in construction management software and tools. 

• Effective communication skills in English and German to ensure smooth understanding with German clients.
